History is all you left me by Adam Silvera

People are complicated puzzles, always trying to piece together a complete picture, but sometimes we get it wrong and sometimes we’re left unfinished. Sometimes that’s for the best. Some pieces can’t be forced into a puzzle, or at least they shouldn’t be, because they won’t make sense.

–Adam Silvera, History is all you left me

Title: History is all you left me

Author: Adam Silvera

Publisher: Soho Teen

Format: E-Book

Length: 320 pages

Rating: 4/5 ★★★★☆

Summary:

25014114When Griffin’s first love and ex-boyfriend, Theo, dies in a drowning accident, his universe implodes. Even though Theo had moved to California for college and started seeing Jackson, Griffin never doubted Theo would come back to him when the time was right. But now, the future he’s been imagining for himself has gone far off course.
To make things worse, the only person who truly understands his heartache is Jackson. But no matter how much they open up to each other, Griffin’s downward spiral continues. He’s losing himself in his obsessive compulsions and destructive choices, and the secrets he’s been keeping are tearing him apart.
If Griffin is ever to rebuild his future, he must first confront his history, every last heartbreaking piece in the puzzle of his life.

Unboxing Wildest Dreams Box: Love, YA

Did I buy another subscription box even though the mailing system in my country is a travesty? Yes. Was it worth it?? Absolutely

Wildest Dreams Box was the only one I knew that was actually doing a Pride theme during the Pride Month, so it was an obvious choice.

The theme for June was: Love, YA (yes, because of Love, Simon. It’s perfect)

I Spy a Book Challenge [READ Edition]

I was tagged by the great BibianeseBookBlog to do this challenge!! Yes, actually tagged, this will be so much fun

The challenge was created by Kristin Kraves Books

How to do this tag: Find a book that contains (either on the cover or in the title) an example for each category. You must have a separate book for all 20, get as creative as you want and do it within five minutes!

Since I did this challenge some time last month I decided to spin it. Last time it was mostly with books from my TBR so today I’ll try to do it with books I’ve already read!

Let’s see how this goes::
