TTT·I’d rather not

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

Books On My TBR I’m Avoiding Reading and Why

We all have these kinds of books, maybe you bought it along with 10 other books and haven’t gotten around to it yet (even though it’s been over a year and you bought more books after) or maybe it’s part of a series you don’t remember well enough and want to reread the previous books before getting back,… idk

Whatever the reason here are five books that I will read eventually but not right now

Book Blogger Hop·The gift that keeps on giving

About the Book Blogger Hop by Coffee Adicted Writer

The Book Blogger Hop was originally created by Jennifer @ Crazy-For-Books in March 2010 and ended on December 31, 2012. With Jennifer’s permission, I relaunched the hop on February 15, 2013. Each week the hop will start on a Friday and end the following Thursday. There will be a weekly prompt featuring a book related question. The hop’s purpose is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to your own blog.

This week’s question:

What would you give as a birthday gift to a fellow book lover?

Other than a book?? Probably a giftcard for their favorite bookstore (I know this because I’ve done it before), that way they can get exactly the book they want, and maybe a couple more

This week I hopped to:

Though twitter I found this great post from Light Of The Bookworm where they’ve put together a bookblogger starter kit, it’s really funy and they are all things every bookblogger has (don’t try to deny it)

Marie @DrizzleAndHurricane made a list of the best friendships on YA, so if you are like me and love a good friendship then head over there

And Cande from LatinxMagicBk has started a series for Latinx Heritage Month where she recs latinx books, the first post of Con Amor centers on foodie romances and I’m already hungry…

Goalie Interference by Avon Gale & Piper Vaughn

…fellow goalie-turned-lover-turned-maybe-friend-or-more…

Title: Goalie Interference

Series: Hat Trick #2

Author:  Avon Gale & Piper Vaughn

Expected publication: September 30th 2019 by Carina Press

Format: Ebook

Rating: 5/5 ★★★★★

43263028. sy475 It’s goalie vs. goalie in this brand-new enemies-to-lovers hockey romance from Avon Gale and Piper Vaughn…

Ryu Mori has had a stellar season as goalie for the Atlanta Venom. So when he’s called into management’s office, he’s expecting to hear he’s the new starting goalie for the team, not that some new guy—an incredibly hot, annoyingly bratty rookie—is here to compete for his spot.

Not everyone gets to play in the best league in the world. Emmitt Armstrong knows that, and he’s not about to waste the opportunity after grinding his way from the bottom to the top. If the Venom is looking for a meek, mild-mannered pushover, they’ve got the wrong guy.

Ryu doesn’t want to admit the other goalie’s smart mouth turns him on. Beating Armstrong at practice feels good, sure, but there are other, more fun ways to shut his rival up.

In this league, it’s winner takes all. But there’s more to life than winning, and if Emmitt and Ryu can get past their egos and competitive natures, they might just discover they work better as partners than they ever imagined possible.

One-click with confidence. This title is part of the Carina Press Romance Promise: all the romance you’re looking for with an HEA/HFN. It’s a promise!Allie's Little Avenue

Since this is an Arc Review there won't be any spoilers (I think)
